We had it delivered but didn't open it for 7 weeks because we weren't ready to install it. Boxes weren't damaged but one of our vanities was, looked like it had been dropped before it was packed...the blame was put on us...it was implied that we had dropped it. They wouldn't do anything about it. ABSOLUTELY disgusted...would NEVER recommend Bathroom Outlet! The other 3 problems were sorted but I feel that there were way too many problems for 1 order and after spending thousands there I expected more!!!

I didn't have any hassles dealing with Andrew and to top it off, I got a really good deal for two of my bathrooms. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again for service and value.
