    Rude and unhelpful. I had never been to this store before but they advertise open 24/7. Toll deliveries has arranged (paid?) to leave parcels there if a customer is not home but when I rocked up late after a show, I got a blunt "you can't come in, come back tomorrow", no explanation or offer to help, "doors close at 11". The time? 11.02.

    Tried to get fuel at 9.30 pm on a Monday night but was rudely told they are closed. Even though the lights were on and I could see the fuel prices sign still on. I thought all 7-Elevens were 24 hours. Don’t bother here and go to the one in Caversham

    Don't shop here, went in, staff member gave me wrong product and then lied and said refund would take 2hours, still waiting after 5 days. Rang manager who was rude and didn't care, when I rang back to speak to him again he.wouldnt pick up the phone. Check your purchases before you pay if your game to shop there at all!!!

    The worse customer service i have ever received at a petrol station.
    I got a frozen coke and the coke was runny not so frozen so it spilled down the side of the cup I used another cup to put it over and the indian attended was so stingy he took the cup of me.
