I accepted the quote and signed this late last year. My patio still isn't installed. Once you pay the deposit, you don't hear from them. Ive sent several emails, and I never get a reply. Every time I call, im advised by the Receptionist that she doesn't know & she'll get back to me. I never get a call back. Don't sign with Country Leisure Centre - customer service is appalling & so is the whole experience. I still haven't got my patio. Houses are built quicker than this!
