    Went to buy a gasket for a cistern, was told buy the dork behind the counter he has no idea what i may need, we only sell plumbing product totaly unhelpfull.I sugest you stear clear of reece plumbing Midland useless.

    A Saturday morning plumbing problem and a part I can't find. A phone call to Joe who suggested that I email him a photo. I did so, not expecting anything to happen immediately. But, ten minutes later, an email back telling me that I should come down because he may be able to help me.
