  I went through the automatic wash, absolute waste of money

  Paid for a full service that was supposed to include a wax and clean under the car but didn't receive either. The wash also scratched the right side of my car. Further, the sign said that it was supposed to be a spotless clean but my car was still wet when I pulled out. My windscreen was still caked in bug splatter too. The service attendant didn't want anything to do with it and gave me a false number to contact. I can't find any way to contact these guys for a refund. If I could, I would give this 0 stars. Don't waste your money.

  If I could give 0 stars I would.
  Pulled up to the drive through wash.
  Tried tap and pay 3 times and it declined.
  Then swiped my card on eftpos terminal
  and declined twice again. Gave up and left
  with my dirty car.
  The next day I noticed I had been charged
  by the car wash for a service I didnt receive?? $15 then & $17
  not even 3 minutes later.
  I call the number provided at the car wash
  and spoke to simon. He seemed very helpful
  asked for the screen shots and
  first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of my card.
  He informed me he would refund it first thing
  then also send me 3 free wash vouchers in the
  mail. Great I thought.
  Then the sneaky thieves just ignored me.
  numerous times. I still have not received a cent back!
  I have found numerous other people who have had
  the same experience. These dodgy bastards dont
  deserve a single cent of your hard earned money.
  better believe this will be taken higher. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!

  Pulled in at 5am to wash my card and swiped my card three times and told each time it was an error.
  I left without a car wash to get to work on time and check my bank account and $57 (3 lots of $19) worth had been deducted from my account. I’ve tried calling more than 5 times Simon on his mobile forna refund and sent numerous texts to no avail. Disgusting customer service and I understand machines can be faulty but to ignore my calls and texts and to provide me with a refund for my hard earned money is not a huge request! I will be taking this further!

  Pulled in for the auto wash with a dirty 4WD - the attendant came over and said hi then got me to pull into a bay and pressure cleaned the dirt off the car before I went thru the wash. Great guys and old fashioned service - got my business now ????

  My parent's get the car washed at the wash works car wash at puma petrol station in Midvale. We even used the dog wash to wash our dog there once.
